We use a wide variety of shingles, from 30-year to lifetime. Our most popular is the Integrity Roof System from CertainTeed and consists of winterguard along eves, valleys, around chimneys, skylights, and all roof protrusions. Felt paper is a high quality roofer's select 30 lb. felt paper. The Ridge Vent System is a single vent 2 ridge vent with a cappers on top. We also make sure we replace all flashing detail, such as around chimneys, at all end wall areas where the shingles meet the house. Flashing Colors come in 16 different colors to match anything you want.

We use high quality products to replace your roof, including new aluminum drip edge, 3 ft. wide snow and ice guard around the bottom edge of your roof, and valley flashing. We have a wide variety of valley flashing you can choose from, including copper and aluminum. Our varieties of shingles include Certainteed, GAF, Tampko, and Elk. These products come with 30-50 year warranties.We install these products with the Air Nailer using 1 1/4" long nails. Our nailers are adjustable so that with varying temperatures the nail head will snuggle against the shingles. The ridge vent most commonly used is a mesh vent with Shingle Cappers on top. After every day of tear off, we make sure that your house roof is water tight with 30 lb. felt paper snow and ice guard. Your house roof will be nearly 99% water tight until the roof is complete.
