Here at Stoltzfus & Sons Builders, we use rubber roofing on areas that are too flat for shingles and specialize in low slope roofing applications. We install 1/2" fiber board with screws and 2" washer plates. We use .060 commercial grade rubber on areas that are not visible or we can use CertainATeed Flintastic that comes in seven different colors to match your shingles. We can get rubber in pieces of 20x50 in order to have as few splices as possible.

We roof both residential and commercial buildings in Chester, Delaware and Buck Counties. We guarantee if we start your job we will be there consecutive days until your job is complete.
